Recipe: Cauliflower Rice
I love creative recipes that are also healthy. When you are trying to eat healthier it is easier to do so when you get creative and mix it up a little. One of my favorite creative and healthy recipes is Cauliflower "Rice". When I first heard about cauliflower rice I wondered how cauliflower could look like rice.
